Bente Consulting ApS will undertake a review cum appraisal of SOS Children's Villages Denmark's East Africa program. The assignment will address progress against plans, headquarter capacity and assessment of proposal for second phase of the program. Short field visits to Rwanda and Tanzania will take place end of February 2019. The program is financed by CISU.
