Desk appraisal of DIGNITY’s programme 2025-2029: A World without Torture.  The desk appraisal comprised document review, interviews and analysis of draft programme document with the aim of quality assurance and compliance with Danida’s Aid Management Guidelines. The appraisal presented recommendations for strengthening of program document.
